Shipping policy

We deliver high-quality specialty coffee, freshly roasted, directly to your door. Worldwide. We aspire to roast to order. Our coffees are packed and shipped within 72 hours after roasting. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped no later than the following Wednesday.

Our normal delivery times from the time the order is shipped are:
- 2 to 5 working days within Bulgaria
- 4 to 10 working days to the rest of Europe
- 10 to 15 working days outside of Europe

We send our packages with Econt, Speedy, DHL, Fedex or UPS.
