This coffee comes from the Araponga micro-region in Matas de Minas, shaped by the Atlantic Forest and its diverse microclimates. The cup is gentle and comforting, with soft sweetness and balanced acidity.
After harvest, the cherries were density-sorted and slowly dried on suspended beds. Thicker layers during the first days encouraged gentle natural fermentation, followed by thinner, covered drying to ensure even moisture loss over approximately ten days.
In espresso it is smooth and elegant. In milk, round and creamy, with clear toffee notes and a lingering nutty finish — an approachable coffee with depth, suited for everyday enjoyment.
