Produced by the renowned Arcila family (Cofinet), this limited Strawberry Co-Fermented coffee showcases modern Colombian processing at its finest.
The aroma is intensely expressive, led by ripe strawberry sweetness, followed by notes of sugar cane and a gentle cacao nib finish. The cup is vibrant yet well structured, offering bold fruit character with impressive clarity.
The coffee underwent a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with dehydrated strawberries and selected wine yeast, enhancing fruit intensity while maintaining balance. It was then slow-dried on raised beds under controlled temperatures below 35 °C to ensure stability and cleanliness.
Roasted as an omni-roast, this coffee performs beautifully as both espresso and filter, delivering juicy sweetness, refined fruit depth, and a clean, lingering finish.
