Los Patios Cherry is a vibrant honey cherry co-fermented coffee from Huila, Colombia, produced at Los Patios by Juliana Serna and Alberto Gutierrez.
This Castillo micro lot goes through an initial aerobic fermentation in cherry, followed by a controlled phase with cherry concentrate to enhance sweetness and fruit expression. The result is a clean, playful, and expressive cup with notes of cherry bonbon, vanilla, and candy-like sweetness.
