From the lush highlands of Nansebo, West Arsi, comes this exceptional natural-processed Ethiopian coffee — grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,900–2,100 meters. The region’s cool climate, fertile volcanic soils, and slow cherry ripening give this coffee its trademark sweet, fruit-forward profile.
Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and naturally dried on raised African beds for several weeks, allowing the sugars to fully infuse the beans. This traditional process creates a deep, sweet, and complex espresso that celebrates Ethiopia’s coffee heritage.
In the cup, expect lush dried fig and raisin sweetness, balanced by smooth cocoa undertones. The espresso is rich and syrupy with a lingering natural sweetness — ideal for those who enjoy fruity yet chocolatey single-origin shots or modern milk-based drinks with character.
This lot highlights the terroir of Nansebo: high elevation, heirloom varieties, and natural drying combine to produce a vivid, sweet, and memorable Ethiopian espresso.
