From the heart of Alta Mogiana, Fazenda El Dorado brings you a naturally processed coffee with a smooth and gentle profile. Expect rich notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, paired with subtle hints of tropical fruits that add a delicate sweetness.
Grown at altitudes of 1,080–1,270 m.a.s.l., this coffee benefits from the region’s ideal microclimate — influenced by nearby lakes and rivers — and over 100 years of family tradition. The farm is managed by brothers Elvis and Jean Faleiros, who focus on quality, sustainability, and small-lot excellence.
After harvest, cherries are sun-dried on terraces and rested in wooden boxes for a minimum of 30 days — a slow, natural process that enhances flavor clarity and balance.
Enjoy a soft-bodied, well-structured espresso cup that highlights the best of Brazilian terroir.
