Grown in the remote highlands of Yunnan, near the city of Pu'er and close to the Laos border, this coffee is a vibrant expression of one of China’s most promising specialty origins. Known traditionally for world-class teas, this region is now producing exceptional coffees — thanks in part to the work of Tian Cai and his cousin Tang, who manage farming and post-harvest operations for Yunnan Coffee Traders.

This natural-processed lot is rich with tropical flavors: pineapple and mango brightness, papaya softness, and a caramel-like sweetness that rounds out the cup.
