How it works:
1. Green (unroasted) coffee beans are soaked in water that’s already saturated with all the natural soluble compounds of coffee—except caffeine. This solution is called Green Coffee Extract (GCE).
2. As the caffeine from the beans seeks balance with the GCE, it begins to naturally migrate out of the beans and into the extract—without removing the flavor compounds.
3. The GCE, now carrying caffeine, is passed through carbon filters that capture only the caffeine molecules. The extract is then refreshed and reused.
4. This process is repeated over about 10 hours, with careful control of time, temperature, and flow, until the beans are 99.9% free of caffeine—while still full of flavor.
