Grown at Finca Maracay in Quindío, Colombia, this coffee is produced by Luz Helena Salazar, part of the Arcila family — a name synonymous with innovation in Colombian specialty coffee.
Her husband, Jairo Arcila, spent over 40 years managing one of Colombia’s major mills while slowly building their family farms, supporting the community and shaping the region’s coffee identity. Today, their sons — Carlos and Felipe Arcila of Cofinet — continue that legacy through pioneering fermentation techniques.
